i enjoyed the upgrade to a room with a private swimming pool it was a pleasant surprise the service was prompt and helpful staff answered all my questions quickly and efficiently adela at the front desk was especially kind and helpful her assistance made the check-in process smooth and cute. i appreciated the attentiveness.

the staff was always very friendly and cute. the food was excellent and varied. the accommodation was perfect for our family's needs. i would come back because the service was really good, and every request was addressed promptly. i found the resort well kept with attention to detail.
i noticed the cushions in the bar area had stains. i think they need a thorough cleaning or replacement. it would improve the overall impression of the facilities.
