lovely stay with great amenities
private swimming pool prompt service kind receptionist
i enjoyed the upgrade to a room with a private swimming pool it was a pleasant surprise the service was prompt and helpful staff answered all my questions quickly and efficiently adela at the front desk was especially kind and helpful her assistance made the check-in process smooth and cute. i appreciated the attentiveness.

the main restaurant offered very good food the staff was quick and kind the food selection had great variety animation team members like klaudia willy william ewa and zuzia were appreciated for their work with children.

the staff was very friendly and helpful i was greeted warmly everywhere i went the concierge service was great they answered all my questions with patience and were always ready to assist with requests .

the villa was amazing i found the beds comfortable and the room very clean the room was spacious and had all the amenities i needed it made the stay very pleasant and convenient.

wonderful family experience
friendly staff varied food perfect accommodation
the staff was always very friendly and cute. the food was excellent and varied. the accommodation was perfect for our family's needs. i would come back because the service was really good, and every request was addressed promptly. i found the resort well kept with attention to detail.
i noticed the cushions in the bar area had stains. i think they need a thorough cleaning or replacement. it would improve the overall impression of the facilities.
